CWB Architecture Congratulates Associate; Celebrates Licensed Architect

Recently, CWB celebrated associate member Kevin Svarczkopf for receiving his architecture license, a big accomplishment within the architecture and design industry. Having studied at Norwich University in Vermont, Svarczkopf is grateful to CWB Architecture for their support and guidance on the path to obtain his goal of becoming a licensed architect.

Starting off working on smaller scale projects with CWB Architecture, Svarczkopf worked his way up to large-scale renovations and commercial projects. Some of his favorite projects, Svarczkopf says, “were single family homes, though I quickly began to enjoy working on large-scale alterations and additions because it’s interesting to look at how an old house was built in the past and incorporate new building techniques and technology into it.” Svarczkopf met those challenges like a puzzle and continues to bring enthusiasm to each project he works on.

A Vermont native, Svarczkopf attended Norwich University where he received both his bachelors and master’s degrees and played football. An athlete at heart, Svarczkopf says he loves the spirit of competition and seeks adventure whenever possible. Upon graduating, Svarczkopf moved to New Jersey to follow his love of architecture and pursue his dream of building on the coast. Both his passion for sports and travel have been motivating factors in his career as an architect, pushing him to reach his goal of becoming a licensed architect and providing clients with unmatched dedication and attention to detail. “It’s been a long-held dream of mine to make a lasting impact on the area I reside in,” Svarczkopf explains. “I want to be part of projects that bring happiness to the client and the community in which they are placed, and I feel like each day I get to work toward my goal.”

Through his dedication to study industry practices and the experience of working on a myriad of projects as an associate at CWB Architecture, Svarczkopf is looking forward to continuing to make a lasting impression on the clients he works with as a licensed architect. Celebrating the milestone of achieving his architectural license, Sarah Jennings, Principal Architect of CWB remarks, “Kevin has always been an integral part of the team at CWB. His focus, dedication, and attention to detail on every project have contributed to his success in his path to licensure and will continue to do so in the future. Architectural licensure is a great accomplishment, and I look forward to seeing Kevin continue to succeed on his path in the field.” To learn more about CWB Architecture or to view their projects, visit CWBarchitecture.com.
